Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be subject to a
full charge of the deposit.

1. No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the property, including guest rooms and shared facilities. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Any violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of IDR 2,000,000, and any damage caused by smoking shall be charged to the responsible guest.

2. Check-in, Check-out, and Payment Terms

Check-in time begins at 14:00 (2:00 PM).

Check-out time is 12:00 (noon).

Late check-out may be granted upon request, subject to availability, and will incur a fee of 50% of the nightly room rate.

3. Accessibility

Guests acknowledge that certain rooms may only be accessible via stairs and may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility. The property does not provide wheelchair-accessible rooms.

4. Parking

Complimentary parking is available for cars & motorbikes.
Parking for cars is limited and subject to availability.
DOMU ALBA VITA is not liable for any damage and lost.

5. Events and Gatherings

Private events or gatherings are not permitted after operational hours in order to maintain a peaceful environment and to respect other guests and the surrounding community.

6. Use of Personal Information

All personal data provided to DOMU ALBA VITA shall be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to other guests or third parties, except where required by law.

7. Liability

Guests use all shared facilities, including but not limited to the kitchen and swimming pool, at their own risk.
DOMU ALBA VITA shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage occurring on the premises.
Any damage or breakage caused by a guest will be assessed by management, and the cost of repair or replacement shall be charged to the responsible guest.

8. Force Majeure

DOMU ALBA VITA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, DOMU ALBA VITA reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule reservations without liability for any losses or damages incurred.

9. Third Party Rights

The accommodation contract is strictly between the guest and DOMU ALBA VITA. No third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Waiver

Failure by DOMU ALBA VITA to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in the future.
Any waiver shall only be valid if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of DOMU ALBA VITA.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The parties agree to replace any invalid provision with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
